For Organizations
Traumana Group Services partners with organizations and professionals that serve youth and emerging adults. We help your team strengthen how they understand and respond to the emotional, behavioral, environmental, and developmental needs of the young people in your care.
We consult with your organization, train your staff, and provide developmentally appropriate support for the youth and emerging adults you serve — helping your team respond with greater understanding, intention, and confidence.
Traumana Group Services partners with organizations and professionals that serve youth and emerging adults—helping teams look beyond surface behavior and respond with greater understanding.
Sound Familiar?
If any of these feel familiar, you're not alone. These questions reflect real challenges that organizations serving youth and emerging adults are navigating every day.
Does your staff understand what may be driving a young person's behavior before deciding how to respond?
Are challenging behaviors disrupting your programs for youth and emerging adults?
Is your team prepared to respond to the developmental and emotional needs of the young people you serve?
Do your staff understand behavior before they intervene?
Are you looking for trauma-informed, developmentally responsive professional development for your team?
Could the youth and emerging adults you serve benefit from developmentally responsive support or structured programming?
Understanding the Root
When youth and emerging adults are struggling-or when a team is struggling to support them-there may be much more happening beneath the surface than what is immediately visible.
Trauma-informed practice changes the question from "What is wrong with this person?" to "What may be happening underneath this behavior?" Behavior becomes easier to understand when we look beyond what a young person is doing and become curious about what they may be experiencing or communicating — considering trauma as one possible influence alongside development, environment, emotional needs, relationships, experiences, and stress. That shift — simple as it sounds — can strengthen how teams lead, respond, and connect.
We help organizations and professionals see the young person before they see the behavior. Sometimes the young person who appears to be giving adults the hardest time is actually having the hardest time.
What We Offer
Each service is designed to be practical, culturally responsive, and grounded in an understanding of the youth and emerging adults you serve.
We partner with schools, nonprofits, libraries, community programs, and other youth-serving organizations.
Core Services
We work with leadership to understand your organization, identify gaps and opportunities, provide professional observations and recommendations, and help you think through how to better serve the youth and emerging adults in your care.
Practical, trauma-informed, youth-centered and developmentally responsive training that helps professionals apply what they learn in their actual work — strengthening understanding of behavior, emotional needs, development, and communication.
Contracted individual coaching, group coaching, structured programs, and workshops that work directly with the young people (ages 8–24) your organization serves. Nonclinical support — not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or mental-health treatment.
Intellectual Property
Beyond consulting, training, and coaching, Traumana develops original trauma-informed programs, curricula, frameworks, and tools designed around the developmental needs of youth and emerging adults — practical approaches your team can actually implement.
Ownership, reproduction, licensing, and implementation rights for Traumana’s proprietary programs, frameworks, curricula, models, tools, and materials depend on the terms of the agreed engagement. Purchasing a service does not automatically grant ownership or unrestricted reproduction or implementation rights.

An Implementation Option
Organizations interested in implementing select Traumana programs or frameworks may inquire about licensing — an additional scalability option. An organization may also hire Traumana to deliver a program directly without purchasing a license.
Licensing grants permission to use designated intellectual property according to an agreed scope, which may include facilitator training, implementation support, and consultation. Traumana Group Services retains ownership of its proprietary programs, frameworks, curricula, models, tools, and materials.
Inquire About LicensingOur Approach
We don't begin by assuming we already know what your organization needs. We listen first, learn your environment, and determine the right combination of organizational consulting, professional training, and youth-centered coaching, programs, or frameworks to support your team and the youth and emerging adults you serve.
Our approach is trauma-informed, developmentally aware, and rooted in the belief that organizations, professionals, and the youth and emerging adults they serve grow best when adults feel equipped to respond with understanding — not lectured or fixed.

FOCUSED PROFESSIONAL OBSERVATION
An Organizational Site Observation is a paid professional service for organizations seeking an outside, trauma-informed perspective on their program in action. Before the visit, we will agree on the areas to be observed, the length of the visit, the fee, and the feedback you will receive.
Depending on the agreed scope, Traumana may observe the program environment, staff–youth interactions, communication, routines, transitions, and other factors that shape how young people experience services.
